NAMI WLA, the National Alliance for Mental Illness West Los Angeles, is offering free non-clinical mental health servicesfor adults 18 and over living in the Westside of Los Angeles. As part of NAMI and Cal Hope (a statewide grant) they are able to provide 1 on 1 peer support sessions via phone or Zoom to community members who may be struggling with their mental health or may need help researching mental health resources for themselves. They also serve family members of those struggling with mental health issues, and they offer support groups and classes.
