Leiauna Anderson

A native Angeleno, Leiauna Anderson has been a westside resident for over 30 years. She is currently serving as Vice President and Corresponding Secretary of the WSSM HOA. She and her husband purchased their home in the neighborhood in 2022 and are proud to be active members of this great community.

Leiauna is a Real Estate Advisor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Brentwood and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA. She began her career as a special education teacher with the Los Angeles Unified School District, where she developed a deep commitment to serving others and strengthening communities.  A lifelong volunteer, Leiauna has held numerous leadership roles at her son’s schools, including Head of Fundraising for Crestwood Preschool and President of the Booster Club at Canyon Charter Elementary School, helping raise significant funds to support student programs. She has also served on the Pacific Palisades Community Council and was a spokesperson for Donate Life, advocating for organ and tissue donation.

Leiauna currently serves as a member of the Los Angeles Council District 5 Community Advisory Board for The Village Interim Housing Project and is a Founding Board Member and Vice President of the UCLA Mixed Alumni Association.

Leiauna brings a collaborative, community-focused approach to her role on the HOA Board. She is passionate about fostering neighborhood engagement, supporting local residents and businesses, and helping maintain a safe, connected, and vibrant community.
