A new zone developed as part of the Exposition Corridor Transit Neighborhood Plan, which applies to a 3/4-mile long strip of Pico Boulevard between Sepulveda and Overland. The NMU zoning allows one-third more density than the previous C2-1VL zoning, but maintains the same maximum height limit (45-feet) as before and requires that new buildings step-down to a height of no more than 25-feet within 50-feet of any R1 (single-family) property.
